One of several popular brunch spots in de Pijp, the diminutive Little Collins has built a fanbase of hungry customers (particularly the expat crowd) in search of a hangover-busting breakfast, detoxifying juice or Tabasco-heavy Bloody Mary.
Like its older sister, Staring at Jacob in the west of the city, Little Collins’ menu is updated regularly with inventive contemporary dishes that give a flavour of home to its patrons. So popular is the restaurant that they also stay open for dinner on Friday and Saturdays. Great news for us.
