However, CT Coffee & Coconuts on de Pijp’s Ceintuurbaan has hacked its way in, and looks to have built itself a permanent settlement.
One of several popular brunch spots in de Pijp, the diminutive Little Collins has built a fanbase of hungry customers (particularly the expat crowd) in search of a hangover-busting breakfast, detoxifying juice or Tabasco-heavy Bloody Mary.
